Another two weeks have passed and I can see a radical change! I would argue that I’m starting to look slim(ish)! So here is my progress pic for week 8. I’ve lost a whole stone in weight, or a little more as I’ve added on some muscle! I’ve also improved my fitness dramatically. I can now breeze through 6KM on the rowing machine and blitz 11KM on the bike. This means I have now moved to mastering the treadmill and running in preparation for my first ever 10K in May! BRING IT ON!
